ACRYLIC SEALER is a premium product that can be applied on variety of surfaces for protection as well as improving the gloss and water resistance. It is concentrated water based emulsion of thermoplastic resin. It is diluted with water and applied by brush or spray. It is eco-friendly. It is used as water proof membrane, protection of surface, high gloss finish and premium base for paints. MECHANISM On application of diluted solution, it dries to form a protective film on the surface. The coupling agents present in the product prevents peeling off effect and makes the application long lasting. Moreover the film is reinforced with nanometer sized particles, which improves abrasion resistance. ADVANTAGES It is concentrated product. It has to be diluted with water at site before use. Can be applied of various surfaces like concrete, stones, wood, metal, etc. It gives a long lasting glossy, wet look finish on the surface. It is UV resistant, and will not discolour. Pigment can be added to diluted solution for paint application on various surfaces. It has very high abrasion resistance and good bonding with treated surface. It forms a waterproof layer Protects the surface from stains and various other chemicals. Quick drying. The treated surface is air cured. Provides excellent resistance to water and dirt. CETEX Water Repellent (WR) is designed to impart water repellence to wide variety of surfaces. Supplied as concentrated liquid, it can be diluted upto 10 times or more before application. Within few hours of application,it reacts with carbon dioxide in the air to form water repellent surface. BENEFITS Colorless and non-yellowing protection preserves the natural appearance of the substrate. Penetrating and breathable. Water based (negligible VOC) and non-flammable, thus environment friendly. Reduces water absorption into the substrate, thus reducing spalling (explosion) due to freeze-thaw,prevents efflorescence and corrosion of reinforced steel rod, thereby increasing the life of the substrate.

CETEX LS is the mixture of small molecules of silane and siloxane, which forms micro-emulsion when mixed with water. It is safer, faster and easier to apply. Treated surfaces resist liquid penetration without significantly reducing breath-ability of the surface. MECHANISM On application of diluted solution, it reacts with air to form active resins in pores, which prevent penetration of liquid. ADVANTAGES Can be diluted in water up to 10-20 times. Can be applied on coated or uncoated surfaces. Provides water repellency within 24 hours. Treated surface is breathable. It is UV stable. VOC content is nil, helps earning LEED points as green building. Reduces maintenance, and prevents steel corrosion. Will not yellow, discolour, peel or flake. Non-flammable. Non-toxic. Low odor. It cures quickly and is economical to use.

CETEX LS-S is the concentrated silanes. For treatment it is diluted with organic solvent. It is safer, faster and easier to apply. Upon curing, treated surfaces resist liquid penetration without significantly reducing breath-ability of surface. MECHANISM On application of diluted solution, it reacts with air to form active resins in pores, which prevent penetration of liquid. ADVANTAGES Can be diluted in organic solvent 10 to 20 times depending on application. Can be applied on coated or uncoated surfaces. Provides water repellency within 72 hours. Treated surface is breathable. It is UV stable. VOC content is nil, helps earning LEED points as green building. Reduces maintenance, and prevents steel corrosion. Will not yellow, discolour, peel or flake. Non-flammable. Non-toxic. Low odor. It cures quickly and is economical to use.
